Uno unblocked: play Uno online free right here in your browser — no download, no sign-up, works on a school Chromebook.
The Uno game on this page is an Uno-style card game whose own title screen calls it Four Colors (the full build name is 4 Colors Monument Edition). You play against other seats at the table, and the first to empty their hand wins the hand. It is not a single-hand game, though: points carry over from hand to hand, and the match goes to whoever first reaches the target score shown in the tutorial.
Setting up
Press Start, then choose how many players will be at the table; seats are labelled Player 1 to Player 4. The opening tutorial runs through every card type and its point value before the first deal. The game is laid out in landscape, and on a phone it asks you to rotate the device if you hold it upright.
Playing a card
On your turn you need a card that matches the top of the discard pile in colour or in number. Number cards are worth the digit printed on them. Action cards change the flow of play:
| Card | Effect |
|---|---|
| Draw Two | The next player picks up two cards and loses the turn. |
| Skip | The next player is stopped. |
| Reverse | Play changes direction. |
| Wild | Can be laid whenever you like, whatever is showing, and you name the new colour. |
| Wild Draw Three | Lets you pick the colour and makes the next player take three cards, but only if you have no other card you could play. |
Note the last one: this game has a Wild Draw Three, and it is locked until nothing else in your hand fits the pile.
The 1 button
The game's version of calling out "Uno" is a button marked 1. When you are down to a single card, press it. Forget, and you are handed penalty cards; other players are penalised too if they miss it, and a message names whoever was caught.
Scoring
When someone goes out, they score the combined value of the cards still held by everyone else, and a summary screen shows how far each player is from the winning total. Action cards carry their own point values, listed in the tutorial, so being stuck holding them when an opponent goes out hands that opponent a bigger score.
Useful habits
- Get rid of action cards and wilds before an opponent is close to going out, since they are worth points to whoever wins the hand.
- Keep an eye on the 1 button whenever you play your second-to-last card.
Questions about Uno
Is Uno unblocked at school?
Uno runs in an ordinary browser tab from crossyroad.me, with nothing to download or install, so it plays on most school Chromebooks and work computers. If a network filter blocks the site, only that network's administrator can change it.
What is the 1 button in this Uno game?
It is the game's way of calling Uno. Press it when you have one card left, or you get penalty cards.
Does this Uno have a Wild Draw Four?
No. It has a Wild Draw Three, which changes the colour and makes the next player take three cards, and can only be played when you have no other playable card.
How do you win a full game?
The player who goes out scores the value of the other players' cards, and the first to reach the target score wins the game.
